We recently re-financed our home mortgage to a lower rate. We were happy to learn that Sierra Pacific was the lien holder of our new mortgage, since our previous mortgage was held by this same company, and we never experienced any problems with them. Billing and crediting payments were executed timely and accurately with no error.
