Products are enormously cheaper than most dispensers--my own clinic wanted more than twice the Costco price. Service has been great, though I'm disappointed that they now require an appointment for nearly any service; it used to be walk-up. Products are the same as anywhere else, but with Costco pricing. And no charge for support--I've had my hearing aids for about 6 years, and they still provide wax filters, domes, and cleanings for no charge.

Noisy Costco store, but testing done in a sound proof booth. The staff were very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating.
