The Eco Performance crew did a complete HVAC replacement for me - removal of an old gas furnace dusting and insulation, followed by a very thorough job of air sealing and insulation, new ducting and installation of a Fujitsu heat pump system. The project finished up in early summer, so I can’t tell how the heating is going to go, but the insulation and air sealing is excellent. I spent about 30% less on electricity over the summer, relative to last year, despite this being a very hot summer. The work was done on time, the work crews were cheerful, and good about explaining things and everything was done super neatly. The firm has been doing heat pumps for some time; I would strongly recommend an experienced firm, since many old school HVAC folks are not necessarily going to do a good job.

EPB is the best contracting experience I've ever had. Kyle Bosworth is great at client relationship and stays with you all throughout the job. Checking in, answering all your questions in a timely way, filing the PG&E rebates, etc. The crew are professional, friendly and efficient. Hard workers! Bill, the foreman, calls you at the end of each day with a status update. There are inevitable delays or small glitches that come up with any job, but they handle them quickly and in a professional manner. Great experience!!
