Great technician

My neighbor and I had them for a couple of seasons. They said it would take approx that amount of time to remedy my bare spots and kill weeds. Well, they killed the weeds and the grass, so now I have nothing pleasant to look at. They seeded, spread fertilizer, and nothing happened. I watered the time recommended...nothing. Now I have muddy spots that never dry because of tree shade and no grass to absorb the rain runoffs. They came out a month ago and laid down lime w/o giving me a heads up. I paid for it and fired them. My neighbor also fired them. Oh, and Steve, one of their techs asked me last year to sign up for a seeding and aeration deal that never happened. He told me that he would schedule me for an autumn service to aerate and seed my lawn, as that seemed to be what I needed. I phoned him several times and had no response. I figured he was only seasonally employed at TruGreen, and that he probably left the company for his winter job. No one tried to help me at TruGreen to this day.

TruGreen is a very good lawn care service when you don't want to , or don't have the time to fertilize the lawn yourself. As long as you mow and water your lawn on a regular basis you will be satisfied. The pricing (from all the year round services) is expensive; but, you will be satisfied with your lawn.
