Most of the workers in the store who work in the door installation area are very good. Attentive and pleasant service. My only issue is that they did not have the correction information about the security doors that they sell, telling me that the doors come with security screws. This is not true. The door I purchased -- the Grisham steel door -- comes with ordinary Phillips screws. But when I brought this to the attention of the manager, she provided security screws for my installation at no additional costs. The contracted installers they use to install doors -- On the Level, I believe -- are also quite good with pleasant and responsive staff.

They actually could. It do the job they promised and collected money for. We had to get a refund after six months of their procrastination.
