Kenneth was very prompt and worked for several hours so I am conflicted on my rating. However, he missed some big things in particular the fact that the house had a crawl space. That means he didn’t inspect the foundation at all. He also missed the fact that a termite treatment was applied. Finally, he also did not adequelty note issues surround exterior patio brickwork. All have been costly to fix. His report was also quite bare bones and yet he was not cheap.

Kenneth did our home inspection and was thorough and careful in every step. Prompt, professional and gave us some great tips for home maintenance. Highly recommend!
