I left a message on their VM that included my phone number but it has now been over a week and I still haven't heard back. That dismissiveness suggests contempt for its customers and potential customers. Forget 'em. Unless, that is, you enjoy being ignored.

Had repointing done in several places of the house. Tom did the job himself, promptly, and very well. He also repointed some additional areas I did not spot initially with no extra charge. The pricing was reasonable, and Tom is clearly very experienced.
