The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the prices are phenomenal. Although they have hundreds of frame styles and color combinations there are some style types they do not carry (eg: frameless). There was a mix up in my order and when I called the help number they were very quick to fix it and apologetic.

My ophthalmologist used to recommend a regular high-end optical shop. He switched to recommending Warby Parker, a newer, far less expensive option. Our family has bought four pairs of glasses from them. The choice of frames is reasonable -- all the same price $95. No high-end designer options here. The service is enthusiastic. Check out the excellent policies on returns and replacement lenses. A few minor glitches -- the lenses that darken automatically in sunlight don't actually get very dark. I got two incorrect automated emails -- (1) your prescription is outside the range that our opticians can fill (not true) (2) come pick up your new glasses that we will hold until [date], when I had picked them up the previous day. My ophthalmologist also said that Warby Parker made the wrong glasses for one patient, so it's good to have your doctor double check them. Overall, decent products and services at attractive prices.
