Geoff and his team from Benchmark did an outstanding job start to finish. Geoff, who has a degree in Architecture, began the planning of the rebuilt structure with me that included new features to preserve and strengthen it. Among the new features were the addition of concrete wings under the walkway and a drainage system to siphon water away. He did everything from the drafting of the plans for the village, demolition, construction of both cement and brick work to the final touch, two brick columns to accent the building with decorative flower urns. You would not believe how wonderful the front of the building looks today. Our Maintance Person who is a licensed carpenter watched the entire process and was very, very impressed with the high quality of the work. This is a truly one of a kind concrete, brick contractor. In addition very honest.
