Had 50+ windows installed several yrs.ago over a span of a couple of yrs. No stores located in IL. any more. Calls to 800# may be eventually answered. Needed to replace more than a half dozen windows(either a top or bottom window) since the weather seals leaked and windows had brown streaking from disintegration of seal. Wrong windows brought 1st time(all tops and not the bottom half) after 5+ week wait. Broken latch/lock on 6' high kitchen window not fixed and window can fall out-looked at by 1 wkr. sent and he did nothing except the right side of the bottom window by the latch. Had final old 5 windows replaced w/Champion windows but found out this year that 2 of them were switched and not replaced w/Champion windows--'bait & switch' by someone and Champion told me that they didn't replace those 2 windows. The windows leak especially in winter. No resolution from Champion; won't return phone calls. I have ALL the receipts/invoices from all of the windows (50+) that we replaced & paid for over a couple of years. Champion Windows does not appear to be the same responsible company it was when we purchased all 50+ windows. The windows have a 'lifetime' replacement policy(you pay an amt. for service fee before the windows are replaced.
