I will never use this company again. I used them Fall 2016 and asked if there was time to do the windows before winter and they said yes, then kept stringing me along with appointments they didnt show up for without adequately communicating with me (because they wanted to do gutter work instead) It was SO time consuming and frusrtating I couldnt see how they can stay in business. The actaul Window Washers seemed adequate. Then I was charged differently than what was agreed on and had to go back and forth on that too.
And as another person said, even though I told them numerous times that I would NEVER use them again, they kept calling.

They constantly call you and ask if you want your windows washed even though they are told to stop calling.

The people who actually washed our windows (I suspect they were independent contractors rather than employees) were quite pleasant and did good work. (Well, one young man did leave an open bottle of cleaner in a doorway, where I knocked it over, taking off the finish on my wood floor.) But the office staff was impossible, in a pleasant, passive-aggressive sort of way. They couldn't seem to get the number and kinds of windows right, and kept sending me inaccurate bills. It was a very frustrating experience, and for that reason I wouldn't use them again.
