I called this company a month ago and left a voicemail requesting call back for an estimate. A week later I called again because of no call back and got a nice lady on the phone who took a message and said someone would get back with me. Another week went by. One day, my doorbell rang. Two nice young men said their boss gave them my address and said I had called seeking an estimate. They just happened to be in the area on another job and stopped by to take a look at what I needed. I was shocked they just showed up with no prior call back from the company and no appointment and that I was not available at that time to show them the work. Anyway, the young men and I agreed they would come back the next day at a designated time so I could show them the work. They were a 'no show'. Bottom line, I would not recommend this company. They apparently are too busy or disorganized to follow-up in a professional manner. This experience reflects on their dependability so maybe it's a good thing it all happened the way it did. Moving on to another company... I am giving this company one star (versus no stars) only because the lady on the phone and the workers were nice
