I found an old coronet at my old job (copper mill), and being a trumpet player, my boss gave me permission to take the coronet. After having the coronet for a few years I found Dana Hofer online. I took the instrument to his home repair shop, he looked at the instrument, gave me a quote, and we agreed on repairs. When the work was done the coronet looked and played amazing. Mr Hofer is a true master of his craft. He is very reasonable price wise, and he is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend his expertise for any brass instrument repair or modification work.
