Trying to get a quote was like pulling teeth. We wanted options as line items. Every time we asked for another option, we had to wait for salesman to get back to us and work up another quote. Still could not see these items line by line... always a single price. Based on quote from a competitor for exact same door from same manufacturer, learned that labor rates were ridiculously high. If you don't mind waiting for slow salesman and paying ridiculously high prices, shop here. Although, past experience with one of their door installations; it was very shoddy.
