We own a Shodeen home and the quality is horrible. Drywall tape shows thru paint. Paint is not smooth, especially on the trim, basement cracks, radon, cheap windows. Talk to other Shodeen home buyers prior to your purchase. The neighborhoods, however, are great. Very family oriented, neighbors all get along and watch our for each other. We couldn't ask for better neighbors.
