As with any Barbar or Salon, it's the operator that matters. I've been all over from Gabby's downtown (where they seem to care less about the customers than about the witty chitchat amongst themselves), to mom and pops in the area, and several of the chains. I have no idea what other Hair Cutteries are like, but this one seems to be about personal service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Nelli.

Stylist cut my hair too short and I didn't like the cut. Very basic cut, isn't flattering at all.
