A class group from start to finish. I have been having Allied service my HVAC system for about 3 years now and each time I call for a heating or cooling system tune up and cleaning I get an appointment date that is satisfactory and convenient. The technician calls about 1/2hour before arrival, as I was informed he would, and arrives on time every time. The technicians always have a pleasant attitude and get right to work and are finished in a reasonable amount of time. The service charge was always reasonable and was what I expected to pay. I have been using Allied for about 3 years now and the overall experience, every time, has been excellent. Absolutely NO problems. I HAD been a long time customer of a different HVAC company and for about the last 5 or 6 years, before I switched to Allied, they seemed to find, on almost every visit, a situation with either my furnace or A/C was developing a serious (and expensive to repair) problem that I MUST take care of "right now" or else I will be in for a MUCH more expensive repair, later in time. One thing I really like, about Allied,is that there are no surprises such as the kind I had with the previous company. I highly recommend Allied. I just wish I had switched to them much earlier.

AC condenser clean/check was rescheduled 3 times due to weather conditions. Office staff was so helpful arranging time/day that would work with my schedule. Tech arrived on time, worked efficiently and even replaced the filter that I provided. Would definitely recommend.
