Danny was the technician who last serviced my home. He was unethical, unprofessional and immoral. I had been a devoted customer for years; however, this dishonest technician and the owner's failure to refund the service fee has soured the relationship. I noticed water on the floor in my HVAC/hot water heater rooms. I called Always Ready. After some time, Danny, the technician, showed me his dry fingers, then demonstrated placing them in the bottom of the hot water heater resulting in water on his finger tips. He said the hot water heater needed to be replaced as it was leaking water and it was overflowing onto the floor. He charged $188.00 for the service call. And told me I needed to spend $3000.00 to replace the hot water heater. After an honest technician from a different company came to my home, he AND I placed our fingers in the hot water heater resulting in NO WATER ON OUR FINGERTIPS. The tube from my refrigerator ice maker was dripping. Danny was deceptive and unethical. His entire demonstration was reprehensible. And the owner's failure to refund the service fee as promised was base. The owner's failure to keep his word meant I had to invest more time in this by contesting the unethical practices with my credit card company. I can no longer EVER recommend Always Ready.
