This is a cooperative venture -- you have to be clear about what's going on with your tax info, and you need to look over the results to make sure they interpreted it properly. I actually used their offices in Arlington, not Lexington. I had unusually complex taxes for 2019, so I used an accountant instead of doing my taxes myself as I usually do. They're very pleasant and they get back to you fast. I'd use them again if I needed them.
