Although my husband (a lawyer) explained that he was signing up our mentally ill son only on the condition that if my son moved or became hospitalized they would not charge us. My son moved and was hospitalized and they continued to bill us monthly. My husband called and visited them in person and they said that the only way to stop the billing was to contact their national headquaters. My husband contacted the national headquarters and they said they would stop billing our credit card if we provided them with documentation that my son has moved! We did that and they still continued to bill us! We have now paid for more than a year of membership and my son has not gone there once! I would like to sue them but my husband doesn't want to go through the hassle. I can't believe that they got a special checkmark!!!
