The staff was friendly and mostly efficient. They did a great job installing the floor in 2 rooms. We asked if they could install a baseboard as well. They did an ok job with that installation. A few days after the installation, I discovered a leak in the basement beneath the installation room. My plumber discovered a long nail from the base board installation punctured a heating pipe and water leaked in our basement. I promptly called National and I was told that the contract states that any complaints must be presented to the workers before they leave the job site. The plumber said that it is possible that the leak did not occur until the workers had departed. The nail that penetrated the pipe may have blocked any leaking water for a day or more. National accepted no responsibility for the cutting of the wall to access the pipe, the pipe replacement or the water damaged wall and basement floor.
