My husband’s desktop computer would not boot up at all. When we telephoned Wicked IT, Gary picked up immediately, and sent a technician to our home the very next day. Dave, the technician, checked a number of possibilities, then took PC back to the shop for extensive tests, suspecting a defective motherboard. There Wicked IT removed and cleaned all modules, reinserted all cards, flashed BIOS, applied Windows 7 updates, updated versions of core application, executed CHKDSK to repair NTFS files damages. Discovered boot problem caused by defective keyboard, which he replaced. Wicked IT did a great job and were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and really cared about solving our computer problem quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Dave and Gary explained everything and were extremely helpful. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have Wicked IT available to help us with computer problems, which they have done several times over the years. The Wicked I.T. website http://www.wickedit.net says they have technicians throughout New England.
