Overall, I'd recommend them because of how close this place is to my apartment. That said, I dropped my dog off at 8:30 am and was told he'd be down between 1-2. At 2:30, with no call from Red Dog, I called them. I had to call at least 5 times before someone answered. At that point, I was told his groom hadn't started and that he'd be another 2 hours. When I arrived, he was happy and healthy, and while the groom wasn't event/ideal, I was just happy to pick him up. Overall the process was fine but I'd highly suggest improving communication! I have no problem with things running late but to not hear an update 30 minutes after the window I was told, and for the customer to have to reach out is unacceptable.
