The two guys that did the work were excellent. Only one was fluent in English, but he was in charge so there was no impediment. In fact he actually listened to my questions, concerns, and preferences, and made some changes accordingly. When I asked for advice about an opening in the basement that was not in his purvey, he simply went ahead and sealed it up for me anyway with no extra charges, even though I was only asking for advice. And he did a bit of custom carpentry to improve one of my attic hatches so it would close and seal better, again something that he was not required to do and did not cost me.
I was around enough to see that they were doing a good job. Last winter bolstered this, because in addition to the house being quieter (presumably due to the wall insulation), we used a lot less heating fuel!
ABT was a win all around. I'm a happy customer.
