Trainer approaches each of her clients with positivity and empathy, meeting each client at their comfort level, while setting realistic, achievable, goals that keep you motivated. Also, because of her nursing background, she's excellent at adjusting workout routines to meet individual needs (e.g. if you have a bad back, arthritis, an old injury).
