They love animals there and do try to take care of you. However, the corporate side, aka signing your life away to get your dogs toenails cut is ridiculous. Also their boarding and dog day care REALLY NEED to be redesigned to not look like a prison and have outdoor runs and space. This also goes for taking classes. More and better private space is key. I hated doing it in the isles. Feels cheap.
