I had been bringing my car to them for most of my work for the past couple of years, but I went back to my dealer once for an oil change and to have my car looked over carefully, and the oil leaked on the street and in my driveway. I took it to Hynes and they saw what my dealership had neglected to do and fixed it immediately and reasonably. Maybe it helps to be a regular customer there; that I don't know, but I am, for body work and maintenance, a grateful regular.
