The quality and price of hearing aids at Costco are excellent. I recently had a hearing aid that didn't work. I brought it in and they sent it for repair, it was back in 10 days for a little over a hundred dollars. The problem with them are the employees. At several of their locations I find that the hearing aid employees treat me like I'm imposing on them. They tend to be short and rather than treat me as a valued customer they hide behind their policies and procedures. Why do I need an appointment at one store to look at my hearing aids where at another location I can simply walk up to the counter?

I had a great experience at Costco, Danvers, and the price for their hearing aides was significantly less than what I was quoted by an independent audiologist, even with my health plan discount.
