I have had to contact Citizens repeatedly regarding a payment that has cleared, in my bank, but has not been credited as a payment toward my mortgage. It took several hours, over a course of 5 days and over 10 representatives just to have the matter investigated. Seems the payment got misplaced between 2 depts.
