I can't praise enough the service they gave me. The tech's name, I think, was Bob. I had a 50 year old garage door opener installation on a heavy wooden two-door garage door that had not been used in over 40 years. I was absolutely sure I would be told I had to replace the door along with the motor. But Bob instantly said no problem and he installed a new door-opener motor which worked perfectly. But this was only after he successfully freed up a number hinges with oil and, after he was basically done, decided on his own to screw back a flange that left a part of the door drooping. In sum, he fixed the door on its 50 year old tracks and hinges so that it could be raised EASILY by hand and then he installed a nice motor (along with a somewhat difficult to place laser safety beam installation). He was totally dedicated to saving the old door and to make it operate like a dream. He's the BEST!!!
