This is one of the finest service companies we have ever dealt with. From the first call, which was answered immediately, to the finished product. I was given an estimate date, on that date Brad called to tell me what time he would be there. He was right on time. Not only did he come back in to tell me what he found, he took 15 photos and explained every one. I told him to go ahead with the job. That afternoon I was emailed a proposal with copies of the photos and told to call with my acceptance. This was in mid July, I was given a date in October ( that's how busy they are) along with a cancellation option, which I took. Within a week I was called with a job date. I was called and told Brad would call when he was on his way. He did and along with his helper completed the job in 4 or so hours. To show the professionalism of this company, when Brad came in to show me what was done with more photos, he put plastic booties on his boots! Who does that. If you have any type of chimney problems or questions please call this company. They are just plain awesome.
