We have been very pleased with their service in both of our homes and used them for over 15 years.

Belligerent, lack knowledge, and professionally incompetent. We used Watch All to removed a hornet nest from the eave over our balcony/patio. The insect was yellow and back, but service man stubbornly and belligerently claiming 25-years of service that the insect was a bald-faced hornet. Bald-faced hornets are black and white, not black and yellow. When he first looked at the nest I suggested he wear a protective bee-keeping suit and he boasted he didn't need it, he had 25 years in the business. Within 5 minutes, he went back to his truck to put on his protective bee-keeping suit before proceeding. He removed it by spraying it a very little bit and then knocking it down into the bushes below, leaving part of the nest still anchored to the eaves and mad hornets swarming around the remnants. He then got into his truck and drove away, leaving the nest fragment and mad hornets swarming our house. Not the best method to deal with a hornet nest. Worst of the worst.
