I am switching from Hudson to a new vet for my cat, because they don't seem to have the knack of caring for a problem cat without just knocking him out. Care is geneally reasonable, and they have seen me in an emergency, but only to tel me to go to a specialist, which they could have done over the phone, instead of costing me a visit. I understand, though, that this is not the way most vets would act. So, I kind of get that too. But they definitely do not cater to freaked-out animals, and their equally over-protective owners.
