The receptionist is rude, they had a board with the wait time which was accurate, but now the board is broken. They are brand new office and the doctors are also rude. I got covid before they even knew what it was and the doctor screamed me and said I should have gotten a PCR 5 test, hello, they didn't even have a name for my illness they just told me it was a virus. I asked them if loss of and taste and smell was normal and they said no, they had never heard of it.
