They are good. My grievance is that they practice selective responses. They will respond if it is something that interests them.

We just finished completing a major project in the building - installation of individual water meters. This has been of great benefit to us. This company in earlier days helped us when we had a major disaster in our building. On my wish list would for all property managers would be more attention to communication and more efforts to involve owners. This is not exclusive to this company.
