Mike provided a thorough fitness evaluation and interview prior to designing a training routine that helped address my goals. He has a great understanding of physiology and a vast repertoire of exercises and therapeutic techniques. He has experience working with athletes, as well as those working to lose weight, recuperate and/or build strength. Mike has a great feel for designing an exercise routine that is challenging but not overwhelming for my current level of ability. Mike’s rates are very reasonable and he is willing to travel to work with me at my home. I’ve been working with him for 3-4 months and have had great results.

Mike plans each workout according to the needs of the individual, rather than one size fits all. He has a background in physical therapy, so he understands how the body works, and is careful to not cause injury. He's been training me for 6 years. I stay with him because he keeps me strong and makes me laugh
