Husband went in with positive covid test. He is 79. They would not prescribe plaxlovid because they are not our doctor. We have just moved to the area, did not yet have our own doctor, so urgent care was only solution. They only confirmed he had covid. We knew that. He needed treatment. Totally useless trip for elderly sick man. Who had to then fight covid for weeks.
