If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Al Patenaude and Patenaude Construction is the worst experience I’ve ever had working on a major project, professionally or personally. Avoid these guys at all cost unless you want a bunch problems they will neglect to fix, and a lot of headaches. I hesitated leaving a review, but it has been more than a year since my home warranty expired, and Patenaude refuses to fix any of the dozens of issues covered under their contract. For anyone considering doing business or buying one of the houses they built - Save your self a lot of trouble and don’t; They are super unprofessional, hard to work with, and they will leave you with thousands of dollars worth of issues that they acknowledge but won’t fix.
