We love the staff at Court Street Animal Hospital. Our older dog got diagnosed with Lyme and they made sure we had everything to make her recovery fast and painless.

Chronic condition misdiagnosed and treatment nearly killed our pet. Poor follow-up allowed medicine to destroy our pet's adrenal glands. The office was able to save him, barely. 5 months later, our pet had an accident, and became lethargic. We were arranging an emergency visit when we discovered our pet had stopped breathing. The office showed no interest in what happened- they never followed up, or sent any kind of condolence. Just unbelievable. One doctor was wishy-washy and lacked confidence, and the other was patronizing in communications, often talking down to us as if we were mentally incapacitated.
