Not Recommended
This place is the worst. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. Asked me for vaccine shots that our dog didn't need during check-in. Drove to the vet to figure this out and almost didn't make our flight. My dog had no voice (could not bark) when picked up. It took a month for him to bark again. They left our dog crying during our whole vacation. This has been our worst experience with any boarding service ever.
