Brought my dog in cause she seemed like she has a seizure or stroke or something. It said on their door before I even signed her in that if all payment was not able to be paid at visit half could be paid now and the rest could be billed. They run some tests and tell us she has tick born illnesses that's causes her seizures and she needs to go on medication. The bill was just under 600 I had 400 on me which is more than the half they said would be due on the paper posted in the window. When they found out I was 200 short and wanted to bill the rest they refused to give me the medication she needed. They said she'll be fine without it but we're not giving you any medication unless you have the whole 600 and that they would not honor what was posted on their window and wouldn't say why they wouldn't honor it so I was forced to bring my dog home without her medication and she died in my arms less than 24 hrs later even though she said she would be okay without it!
