Not Recommended
Not overly impresssed with the owner. He’s inappropriately judgmental and is not a great listener. When his wife worked with him, she was awesome but since she left it’s not the same. All Associations should regularly interview and get bids from management companies. Don’t just accept what you’ve got. And know your documents as well as state law...don’t think property managers always know what they should.
