The company installed carpet tiles throughout my building. From the first day the tile corners or edges started popping up. Within short period of time many of the rooms had mountain ranges where tile edges met. I asked them to fix it. They came back 3 times and did not fix whatever the problem was. I got an independent carpet specialist in. They guessed that the subflooring was not adequately scraped clean and the adhesive they used either did not work or chemically mixed with whatever was left on the subflooring. They also found a room or two where the baseboard hadn't been removed, so the carpet squares were squashed in without adequate room to expand. The installation has worsened over time, despite no traffic on it. The principals stopped responding to my emails. I remained respecftul throughout, yet they refused to respond. They did essentially nothing to fix the botched job. I asked an attorney to step in. First time in my life I've ever resorted to legal action. I received a partial refund. The refund is not enough to cover the tear-out and replacement. I recommend you avoid working with this firm.
