Although it's probably been more than a year, I am still haunted by the unprofessional treatment I received from this company. The gist of the situation is that they got my order and delivery instructions wrong, blamed it on me, treated me as if I were a liar, and charged the balance to my credit card without my permission. I was surprised at this treatment especially because I was a repeat customer.

Before purchasing countertops, my wife and I traveled around to what seemed like every company in the area. We kept going back to Artelye. They had a huge selection and friendly sales people. When we saw a particular style of granite at another showroom, they showed us something very similar that they had at theirs. They were able to take my rough design and superimpose it on an image of my particular slab to give us an idea of what it would look like. Once we decided to go with them, they came and measured and finalized the price (they charge you by the sq foot, not by the slab, which can be a huge differentiator). Once they finalized the measurements, they let me come back and we actually taped out the shape onto the slab. They provided several different types of edges, which not all providers gave options for. They then cut it and installed the slabs which were beautiful. When we were about to finalize our renovation, it turned out that they missed the sizing by about an 1/8 of an inch which made it impossible to install the appliances (fridge and range)--this is where you can really see what a company is made of. When I called, they promptly scheduled someone to come to the house and shave the counter on-site. Everything fit perfectly like a glove once this was completed. I have referred them to other friends who have also had a very positive experience with this company.
