I think maybe they are used to larger-scale contract relationships, so getting on their radar as a single homeowner took persistence. But once we were in their system, they were timely and reliable -- everything went like clockwork. They were very helpful in sorting through all the options for a kitchen countertop and sink. Measurement and installation were impeccable. Highly recommend.

I called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no one would call back. I don’t think they like to deal with individuals and prefer designers or contractors that provide them multiple business.

We are doing a historically sensitive renovation of a 1930 bungalow. ASSI made a period-appropriate kitchen counter with built-in drainboards and also fabricated a bathtub surround that was sculpted to recreate a one-of-a-kind art deco bathtub installation from 1930. They understood our vision and worked patiently with us to achieve the look and functionality we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
