I called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no one would call back. I don’t think they like to deal with individuals and prefer designers or contractors that provide them multiple business.

We are doing a historically sensitive renovation of a 1930 bungalow. ASSI made a period-appropriate kitchen counter with built-in drainboards and also fabricated a bathtub surround that was sculpted to recreate a one-of-a-kind art deco bathtub installation from 1930. They understood our vision and worked patiently with us to achieve the look and functionality we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Exemplary process — Sean worked closely with us to understand our goals, which yielded a low-tech draft design. ASSI then used higher-tech imaging to improve the design, showed us both options, and let us choose. (We picked their version — a definite improvement!) Our project involved using 2 slabs of a beautiful/expensive/irregular stone to create a u-shaped layout (with cutouts and different lighting conditions), so there was complex geometry and lots of aesthetic choices to be made. The results were stunning and the seams are almost invisible.
