Such a hassle to deal with a company completely lacking in integrity. And this is before even trying and failing to even get someone other than the very nice salesman to come out to discuss the particulars of the installation. It was all downhill from the contract signing and large deposit required to even get on the schedule for someone to come out to measure and look at the installation requirements. If the job had gone forward, starting from the bottom of the hill, that would have landed me in purgatory.. I guess my deposit helped with cash flow. I am so disappointed after trying for over a year to get new windows, full tear-out, but Pella didn't want to do all the carpentry involved to replace the full tear-out. All this with the everyday stress of trying to deal with all the coronavirus scariness.

Although Pella windows are expensive, the excellent quality is worth the money. We replace 40-year old Pella windows with new Pella windows. They are soundproof and open and close easily. We are very happy with them. The installation was excellent.

One year ago I hired Pella Mid-Atlantic to install some, not all, replacement windows. The service I received was excellent, above expectations. After one year with those windows, I completed the replacement of all windows and sole-sourced the job to Pella. I was not disappointed. Complete job done. I was especially satisfied with the arrangements for interest free financing for one year. It was easy and simple to set up. The financing company‘s participation was a pleasant experience. All good. I recommend them.
