Horrible company to do business with. Made an appointment for estimates, they must of sent me 5 emails to make sure that I was going to home, after being late 30 minutes past my appointment I get a call informing me that they are running late, told me they will arrive within 30 minutes, after another hour late they arrive. Took measurements and they gave me a price. I ask for an itemize email of the estimates, I had to call 2 times asking why they didn't send me the estimate. After a week waiting I moved on. Still never heard back from these people. Horrible, I guess they don't need 11 windows replacement business. Stay away from these folks. I could only image what kind of service if I did hire them.

Very disappointing. Four of the windows we ordered were not large enough. Steve, who we had ordered the windows from, was unresponsive. We had to jump through hoops with multiple entities to cancel the order. The installers, on the other hand, were great -- good communication and excellent work installing the windows that did fit. But upper management? In our experience, terrible. Don't recommend.

We needed to replaced two old bay windows and called Pella Mid-Atlantic. From the salesperson, to the office staff, to the installers, we were very pleased with everything. The windows are high quality. The installers worked all day on both window installations [due to the fact that both window frames needed to be re-built from scratch], and you could see the pride of craftsmanship.
