I invested WAY too much time here with very little in return. For a simple repair, under warranty, no problems. But otherwise, they mainly seem focused on getting you to buy something new. And even when I tried to do that, the tech support and the sales staff at the store were very poorly integrated -- the tech folks told me one thing, the sales staff didn't follow through.

My cell phone battery was dying within 30 minutes of being charged and at times dropping from 50% charged to zero and powering off in a minute. The phone was within the warranty period. They insisted that because the internal tests showed "normal" that the behavior was normal and that I must be doing something, even after they looked at my usage and saw I am a light user. They did not honor the warranty. Basically, they stink. It is a stark contrast to the high-quality service I used to receive from this store. I am re-thinking my decade-long purchases of Apple products.

They diagnosed my problem as a faulty hard drive and replaced it for $180.00. Computer still not performing. A neighbor installed a solid state drive which fixed the problem. The hard drive installed by Apple was REBIUILT but That was not disclosed by Apple. When I confronted them and asked for an adjustment to their charge, they BS'd me about how it was rebuilt with new parts yadayadayada...and wanted me to bring my computer back out to the store so they could run more diagnostics. Like we all have an infinite amount of time to schlep computers around the city for more diagnostics!! I have been stonewalled and screwed out of $180.00.
