Our exiting wood deck was deteriorating despite regular power washing and applying stain. Deanwood Decks replaced it with a higher line of Trex composite decking than the other two quotes we received, all at a significant savings. We simply asked that the replacement deck match the existing deck, which it did. The installation matched the number of days quoted and the cleanup was through. We could not be happier than the result, a deck we can walk on in our bare feet with no concerns.

Highly recommend Deanwood Decks. Not only was the price for restoring our large deck more competitive than other quotes, but they used higher quality Trex Transcend, replaced joists where needed, fully rebuilt the staircase, and placed the boards in a diagonal direction as we had desired. Tom’s son Andrew demonstrated a strong work ethic and his attention to detail and artistry resulted in a beautiful rebuild, complete with a picture frame around the deck and a cocktail railing. Responsive and pleasant to work with. All around terrific work!

I recently had a porch in an older home repaired by Deanwood Decks. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Tom was very thoughtful about discussing options about what repairs could be done, how they would be done, and the materials used. They repaired the porch in the time frame that they said they would. Their prices were competitive. I would highly recommend them.
