Requested a bid and it was more than two times the price of all other contractors. When I asked for an itemization of all costs they told me it’s their company policy not to do itemized costs. All other contractors I have dealt with have provided itemized costs. There was no way for me to understand the cost differences. I was also told by the estimator they needed to get building permits. I followed up with Montgomery county and was told we did not. I will never ever ask for an estimate from this contractor again. Complete waste of time.
