Company goes by the name of Get-a-Grip Construction Services specializing in home accessibility modifications, which is what we needed. We requested an appointment for an estimate and the estimator (Jake) was 3 hours late (we actually had to call them to find out about the delay). Additionally, we received no estimate for 6 days and once-again had to call them to send it out. Not only was it overpriced, but it did not reflect everything that was discussed. Apparently they did not want the job.

They person who answered the phone was not at all friendly. And while I was looking for a long term contractor, they could not be bothered with a few small jobs. For large $ projects perhaps they are more responsive>
